Event Itinerary

Your evening will begin with a welcome cocktail and canapés at 5:00pm, offering you an opportunity to mingle and meet, and peruse through the exciting raffle and silent auction items. Following the cocktail, you will be invited to be seated for a delicious filet mignon dinner service with complementary beer and wine throughout the evening, followed by an assortment of sweet treats. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we may adjust the menu accordingly.

The evening’s main attraction will begin around 8:00 pm with an announcement made by our host, opening the gambling floor. Grab yourself a drink at our exclusive by-donation whisky tasting bar and play your complimentary "$5,000" gambling chip on the roulette tables, place a bet on the horse racing station, or test your odds in the private black-jack and poker rooms, while enjoying your favorite tunes from the 70’s and 80’s. Yes, Hall and Oates included. There will be opportunities to buy-in and re-buy on site. Significant prizes will be awarded to top ranking gamblers including a noteworthy trip for first place!

Wrap up your evening with a late-night bar snack, collect your raffle and silent auction prizes and head back on the complementary shuttle to the West Island, or stay for a while and dance your socks off! Make a weekend out of the event by checking out the special priced Vegas hotel Package for Saturday night, including a full Sunday brunch and a $25 gift card for the spa or restaurant, as well as an add-on option for Friday night with breakfast. **Early bird rates are available until September 30th.**
