Each participant must run or walk for a period of 4 hours (8 a.m. to noon) in the hopes of covering the maximum distance on a 2km circuit (27 meters of elevation per lap) at Rotary Park in Dieppe. Each participant must complete a minimum of 5 laps (10km). You can take a time out at any time on the racecourse.
Purpose of the race: To climb the equivalent of the elevation of Mount Everest at least once (8,849 meters of elevation) by adding up the total distances covered by all teams.
Team category : Team of 6 people, including a captain and a minimum of two women Individual category: individual participation (NEW)
