We are so fortunate to be in Canada with our Health care system. The meds that I’m on are all subsidised and the most expensive ones are completely subsidised. Lenalidomide  costs 2050$ / month and Isatuximab costs over 140000$/year (US price).  These meds and other new treatments have changed the prognosis for what was a cancer that measured survival in months to one that we now measure in years. Additionally, there are new treatments being developed (like CAR-T) which are showing even better survival results.
