Our team is raising money in support of Myeloma Canada by participating in the Multiple Myeloma March.
 

As you likely know, our mother, Mariangelica, was diagnosed in 2016 with Multiple Myeloma.  Fortunately she was monitored closely and it was detected early.  She was in a full remission for 6 years thanks to her amazing oncologist.  Unfortunately, in 2022, the myeloma has come back, but, with the advancement in medicine, it is under control once again.  We are so fortunate to have the Juravinski Cancer Center here in Hamilton and a dedicated team of professionals dedicating their career to myeloma research.  

By making a donation to our team, you are helping to fund clinical research and to support advocacy for accelerated access to game-changing therapies for Canadian myeloma patients.  This year, Myeloma Canada has partnered with McMaster University as the lucky recipient of the Multiple Myeloma March Research Fund-Sharing Partnership Fund. This is a big deal for us that funds raised at our March, remain locally, here in Hamilton!
