Hello Everyone,

My daughter and I will be participating in a walk on September 27, 2025 to raise funds for Multiple Myeloma a blood cancer which she was diagnosed with in early December 2018 at the age of 34. 

As of December 2024, Jennifer started a slow relapse again but continued with the immunotherapy until July 2025 and have since started another round of chemotherapy at Princess Margaret Hospital and will have a new treatment in October with the hope of a longer maintenance period. 

Multiple Myeloma is incurable at this time, and our biggest hope is that a cure will be found soon so that she can live her life cancer free.

This is our 7th year participating in the Myeloma March and it will take place at Storie Park Community Center Oshawa, On. We will take part in the national 5km walk to raise funds for research and access to innovative medications that will increase life expectancy and move the needle toward a cure for patients impacted by myeloma. Last year we were so very touched by everyone's generosity and support with your donations, and we hope you can help us meet our goals again this year!
