in February of 2023 I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, which is a type of blood cancer that attacks the plasma cells in your bone marrow.  A couple of months before my diagnosis I was experiencing back pain and significant fatigue.  I tried several different remedies including acupuncture and massage therapy until I realized nothing was working.  I have been active and healthy my entire life and I was completely stunned when I received my diagnosis.

As a patient with Multiple Myeloma it is difficult to hear there is no cure for this type of cancer, but there are treatments to allow patients to live longer and healthier lives!
