REMISSION POSSIBLE

Remission Possible is back!  We are raising money in support of Myeloma Canada.. I am so thankful for the support everyone has shown in the past...and thank everyone for their continued support!

It seems just surreal to me that I was diagnosed in 2006 and given 2 years to live...of course, that was never an option for me...good grief, have you seen the state of my home never mind my underware drawer (inside joke)?????  I never thought I would live to have 2 beautiful granddaughters....Myeloma is now considered "chronic' however our local group has seen so many pass away.

This year Pam Orchard and family has, once again, stepped up to the plate (thank goodness)!!!!  Our group has had so many challenges that it has felt overwhelming to take on such a huge endeavour.  Place is 8951 Hwy 638, Echo Bay...Valley Ice Cream....2PM , Sunday Sept. 08/24.

So....do what you can... walk if nothing else!   If you are able to give even a toonie, you are helping to fund clinical research and to support advocacy for accelerated access to game-changing therapies for Canadian Myeloma patients.  CAR-T cell therapy is hopefully to be approved in 1 to 1 1/2years in Canada.  That is HUGE for our Myeloma people!

Hoping you will join team ‘REMISSION POSSIBLE’ (name courtesy of my loved niece Meaghan)  this year!!!!  AND...what a wonderful way to spend an afternoon walking around a field of Sunflowers and seeing everyone!
