I’m raising money to honour my dad and to support Myeloma Canada by participating in the Multiple Myeloma March.
Multiple myeloma is a blood cancer that forms in a type of white blood cell called plasma cell, in the bone marrow.
At this time, there is no known cure but there are treatments which can help slow its spread.
The Covid pandemic has affected the world in countless ways. In our family, my dad’s official unexpected diagnosis came 1 week before Christmas 2020. Way to go Santa!
He’s elderly, but he’s my dad, hanging tough. He has endured hundreds of blood test pokes, Xrays, scans, biopsy, MRI’s, chemotherapy, etc.
Thank you kindly to all our family & friends who, for the last 2.5 years took the time often to reach out with great food and kind words of optimism and encouragement.
Please make a donation today and if you are unable to, please reach out and volunteer and help make a difference in someone’s life.
Thank you very much in advance for your donation.
Ciao for now,
Lisa
