The March in the Oshawa community was founded in 2018 by Steve Beattie who proudly fought this disease. When he was diagnosed he learned as much as could about this disease and how he could help others. As part of his efforts to make a difference he worked with Myeloma Canada to establish a March in his local community

Team Balboa was created by his family Michelle, Nicole, Chad, and extended family and friends - a great team name to represent his fighting spirit. 

Our team is raising money in support of Myeloma Canada by participating in the Multiple Myeloma March.
