I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in October 2021 and have since received excellent care through the Myeloma Clinic at The Ottawa Hospital. Thanks to treatment developed through clinical research, I have been in remission since August 2022.

Again this year, I am pleased to have the opportunity to raise money in support of Myeloma Canada and The Ottawa Hospital by participating in Steps to a Cure! The Ottawa-Gatineau Walk for Myeloma.

By supporting me in this 5 km. Walk, you are helping to fund important clinical research and supporting advocacy for accelerated access to game-changing therapies for Canadian myeloma patients ... and ultimately finding a cure for this disease.
