As many of you know I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in April 2019. I am fortunate that my treatments and eventual stem cell transplant have put me in remission for the last 5 years. Others are not so lucky.

This year instead of joining the Steps to a Cure campaign Heidi and I will be fundraising through the Myeloma Canada Ride,  which takes place in Ottawa on May 10th, 2025.
