On June 18th I rode with CJ and Samson and did the Richmond route of 63kms. On May 31 the family was together in the Okanagan and we did a ride along the Okanagan Rail Trail and around Wood Lake for 75kms ... and then on June 3rd the firefighter component of Chain Breakers (JP, Al, Steve and Pat) rode to Victoria and back, with Al and I getting our century ride (100kms). That ride completed a ride in all areas that the Bike to Beat Myeloma had rides in.
A big shout out to Roy Evans of Birmingham, England who rode 70+ km for the third year (that's 43.5 miles for those not using metric distances) as a Virtual Chain Breaker. Last year we also welcomed David Wong of Penticton, BC that put in 100 km's on May 24th, 2024 ... https://www.strava.com/activities/11488772728. And from the Portland, OR area, Natalie Abele put in 70 km on May 24th. We are so appreciative of our global support ... Thank you for your support and donations!
